Domestic orders

FedEx Home Delivery: Most orders ship within 24 hours. We ship packages Monday thru Friday. Approved payment orders received after business hours on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.

FedEx Overnight Service: Overnight delivery from the date of shipping guaranteed. For orders to ship, payment must be finalized. We ship packages Monday thru Friday. Approved payment orders received after business hours on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

FedEx 2-Day Service: 2-Day delivery from the date of shipping is guaranteed. Orders will not ship until payment is finalized. Our facility ships packages Monday thru Friday. Approved payment orders received after business hours on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Once payment is complete, your order will be assigned a tracking number for either FedEx or USPS. Orders shipping to a PO Box or to an APO address will ship via USPS. All other orders will ship via FedEx. All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as ILF, Inc. and will not reference "Fleshlight.com", "Sex Toy" or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.

Please note that although most orders ship within 24 hours, we reserve the right to ship orders in 1-3 business days from the date that payment is finalized. Orders delayed due to payment failure, changes requested by the customer, incomplete/incorrect shipping address or back ordered items will NOT be eligible for a partial shipping refund.

FedEx charges a fee of $5.00 USD to make any changes to the delivery address once an order is shipped. Contact us to make changes to your shipping address once it’s been shipped and to arrange for payment. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the purchase price of the product(s) will be refunded. We will not refund the shipping fee. To reship the order, you must pay for shipping again. If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility without an RMA number, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less the original shipping fee as well as the shipping fee charged by FedEx to return the package to our facility.

International orders

International orders will ship via FedEx International Service and typically arrive in 3-7 business days from the date that your payment is finalized. All shipping times are offered as estimates and do not account for delays due to customs. We reserve the right to ship your order via USPS if FedEx is unable to deliver to the shipping address provided on the order form.

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. Fleshlight.com does NOT include these additional costs as a part of the total amount due for your order. Requests to ship your order as a “gift” will not be honored.
